How to Use ALVAR

1. Remove the sheet and grounding cable
2. Connect the cable to the sheet
3. Plug the other end into an earthed socket
4. Lay the sheet on the bed and use as normal

Testing the Grounding

1. Set the multimeter to AC 200V
2. Touch the end of the red probe with your finger and place the silver thread against the multimeter
3. Place your hand on the sheet – the body’s voltage may decrease noticeably
