MORTEN is a wall-mounting aid, designed to make it easier to position pictures and other wall decor with greater precision. With its built-in measuring scale and spirit level, the tool can help achieve a more even and balanced placement before nails or screws go into the wall.

Is Your Picture Crooked Again? There's an Easier Way

Hanging pictures straight by hand can be trickier than it sounds – many people find that a picture looks straight to the eye but turns out to be crooked once you step back. Repeated measuring, nailing and re-hanging can be time-consuming and leave unnecessary holes in the wall.

MORTEN is designed as an aid to reduce the number of attempts and make positioning a little easier right from the start.

One Tool, Several Functions

MORTEN combines a measuring scale, a spirit level and a central holder in a single bar. The rectangular design is intended to be adjustable to suit different picture sizes and hanging needs.

What Makes MORTEN Practical to Use

A Measuring Scale That Makes Positioning Easier
The printed scale markings along the bar allow you to measure and position the picture directly, before anything is fixed to the wall.

A Spirit Level for a More Even Result
The built-in spirit level with air bubble is designed to help check horizontal positioning, which can contribute to a more even end result.

Adjustable Central Holder
The central holder allows you to slide the tool to the desired width, designed to work for different sizes of pictures or frames.

Dual Nail Function for Faster Mounting
With a simple press, the tool can drive two nails at once at the correct spacing, or be used as a simple nailer for smaller items.

How to Use MORTEN

1. Slide the handle to measure the width of the picture or frame to be hung.
2. Place the tool against the wall and level it using the built-in spirit level.
3. Press to drive the nails into place – two nails can be set at once.
4. For smaller items, the tool can be used as a simple nailer.
5. Hang the picture on the newly placed nails.
