What does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, our company KronaHome will repair or replace, free of charge, products or parts of a product that prove to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What should we do to fix problems?
Our company KronaHome will either repair the product free of charge, using new or refurbished spare parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for physical goods purchased from our company KronaHome is 2 years from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part will assume the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 2 years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any problems caused by: consumer conditions, malfunctions, or damage not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Unclaimed packages:
Unclaimed goods will be returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you the costs of return shipping, shipping fee and handling fee, currently GBP 29.99. If the cost of the product does not exceed GBP 29.99, we reserve the right to keep the full amount of the purchase.

Where are the goods shipped from?
In order to offer competitive prices and a wide range, some of our products are shipped directly from our central warehouses, including warehouses outside the UK.
We are always responsible for ensuring that your order is delivered safely and within the promised time, regardless of where the goods are shipped from. All deliveries are made in accordance with current UK consumer law, which means that you as a customer have full rights to complaints, returns and refunds according to law.
Priority Shipping + Shipping Insurance
When you choose Priority Shipping with Shipping Insurance, your order will be processed with priority and shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday, non-holidays). The service also includes full shipping insurance, which gives you as a customer extra protection in the event of any damage, loss or significant delay during delivery.
If your shipment is damaged, lost or unreasonably delayed during transport, a new package will be sent to you at no extra cost, as soon as this has been confirmed and verified by our customer service in cooperation with the shipping company.
Please note that Priority Shipping with Shipping Insurance does not constitute a guarantee of an exact delivery date, but is only a service for faster handling from the warehouse and safer shipping.

Complaint

KronaHome follows the Consumer Purchase Act and provides you as a private customer with a three-year right of complaint. As a consumer, you have the right by law to complain for up to three years from the purchase, but within a reasonable time (two months) from the discovery of a defect. In the event of a complaint, KronaHome is responsible for the shipping costs, including any replacement delivery. Therefore, it is important to use the shipping documents sent by KronaHome . If you choose to pay for the shipping yourself and how the item is sent back to us, you are also responsible for the item until it reaches us, including during transport. The product(s) that are returned cash on delivery or COD are not released by KronaHome .
For the product to be considered defective, the defect must be original. An original defect is a defect that already existed when you purchased or received the product.
The error does not have to appear immediately. It can be an original error even if the error appears after a certain time.
The product is not considered defective if you caused the defect yourself, for example by using it incorrectly.

Order cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service in writing via email at Support@KronaHome.com and provide your order number.
Please note that a cancellation fee of GBP 1.99 will be charged when canceling an order. This fee is intended to cover administrative costs and transaction fees in connection with the cancellation.
