Returns

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your package was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days of you or a representative receiving the ordered goods (the withdrawal period).

The product must be returned to us as soon as possible, and you as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the return reaches us no later than 14 days from the date you notified us that you have exercised your right of withdrawal. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original carton.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to sender.

When using our quantity discount, the discount will cease to apply if one or more of the products are returned. This will be regulated before we send a refund to you as a customer.

Example. You buy 5 items and get a 15% discount. You return 2 of these products. The 15% discount no longer applies to the purchase and the refund is automatically processed before we refund you.
So you cannot buy 5 items to get the discount and then return 1 of the products. This will cause the discount to disappear.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email via Support@KronaHome.com

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You as the customer always pay for the return shipping back to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are sending a return to us, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping option. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, including during transit. Products sent COD or with a collection fee are not accepted by KronaHome. To ensure assistance with a return, we recommend that you save your receipt and tracking number in the event that your package is lost, as we cannot assist you with a refund without this information.

Disclaimer for mailbox services:

When you purchase, we use Royal Mail, DHL or DPD shipping options, please note that these packages are delivered outside your door. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages delivered in this way. If you are unsure about the security of the package, we recommend that you choose a delivery method with signature or home delivery. You can choose this by contacting us before your purchase.

Unclaimed packages:
Unclaimed goods will be returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you the costs of return shipping, shipping fee and handling fee, currently £19.99. NOTE! For larger orders, this amount may be more. If the cost of the product does not exceed £19.99, we reserve the right to keep the entire amount for the purchase.

Order cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service in writing via email at Support@KronaHome.com and provide your order number.

Please note that a cancellation fee of GBP 19.99 will be charged when canceling an order. This fee is intended to cover administrative costs and transaction fees in connection with the cancellation.

A cancellation is only valid after it has been confirmed by our customer service. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be carried out, and the purchase must be handled according to our return policy.

We reserve the right to update our cancellation terms and conditions as necessary.
