Thank you for your interest in the products and services of our company KronaHome.com . This limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only to physical goods, purchased from our company KronaHome ("Physical Goods").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This limited warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. During the warranty period, our company KronaHome will repair or replace, free of charge, products or parts of a product that prove to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.

What will we do to fix problems?

Our company KronaHome will either repair the product free of charge, using new or refurbished spare parts. If the product cannot be repaired, we will send you a new product at no additional cost.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for physical goods purchased from our company KronaHome is 2 years from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part will assume the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 2 years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This limited warranty does not cover any problems caused by: consumer conditions, malfunctions, or damage not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Complaint

At KronaHome, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high quality products. If for any reason you need to make a complaint about a product, please follow the process below.


KronaHome complies with the Consumer Purchase Act and provides you as a private customer with a three-year right of complaint. As a consumer, you have the right by law to complain for up to three years from the purchase, but within a reasonable time (two months) from the discovery of a defect. Complaints can be made by contacting our customer service at Support@KronaHome.com. Be prepared to provide relevant information so that we can handle your complaint.


In the event of a complaint, KronaHome is responsible for the shipping costs, including any replacement delivery. Therefore, it is important to use the shipping documents sent by KronaHome. If you choose to pay for the shipping yourself and how the product is sent back to us, you are also responsible for the product until it reaches us, i.e. even during transport. Product(s) returned cash on delivery or COD are not subject to liability by KronaHome.

For the product to be considered defective, the defect must be original. An original defect is a defect that already existed when you purchased or received the product.
The error does not have to appear immediately. It can be an original error even if the error appears after a certain time.
The product is not considered defective if you caused the defect yourself, for example by using it incorrectly.
