KronaHome offers Free Trackable Shipping on all our products.

We have partnerships with DHL, Royal Mail, DPD and many more shipping companies to make our deliveries as fast and smooth as possible.

You will always receive an automatic order confirmation when your order has been placed, as well as an email with shipping information when your package has been shipped. If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or folders other than your primary inbox.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your order's route using our Tracking pages .

Your package will be delivered to your mailbox or door. If for some reason your package cannot be delivered, the package will be left at your nearest post office and you will be notified via email or text message.

We have a processing time of 1-3 days to quality check and package your items before shipping.

After quality control and packaging, your package will be shipped with trackable delivery with an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days.

In order to offer competitive prices and a wide range, some of our products are shipped directly from our central warehouses, including warehouses outside the UK.

We are always responsible for ensuring that your order is delivered safely and within the promised time, regardless of where the goods are shipped from. All deliveries are made in accordance with applicable UK consumer law, which means that you as a customer have full rights to complaints, returns and refunds according to law.

It is our goal to deliver within the above times, but delivery dates are not guaranteed as deliveries are handled by third parties.
Orders will be processed in accordance with the terms of sale.

We cannot change the delivery address for orders that have already been shipped.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a product/shipment is damaged in transit, this must be reported to the shipping company as soon as possible, normally via the delivery point/distributor. In the event of externally visible damage, this must be reported upon receipt, hidden damage must be claimed within 5 days of receipt. Failure to report transport damage within this time forfeits the right to claim the product, as it cannot be proven afterwards how the damage occurred.

Priority Shipping + Shipping Insurance

When you choose Priority Shipping with Shipping Insurance, your order will be processed with priority and shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday, non-holidays). The service also includes full shipping insurance, which gives you as a customer extra protection in the event of any damage, loss or significant delay during delivery.

If your shipment is damaged, lost or unreasonably delayed during transport, a new package will be sent to you at no extra cost, as soon as this has been confirmed and verified by our customer service in cooperation with the shipping company.

Please note that Priority Shipping with Shipping Insurance does not constitute a guarantee of an exact delivery date, but is only a service for faster handling from the warehouse and safer shipping.
