MOA is a double-sided chopping board in stainless steel and wheat straw fibre, designed to separate meat preparation from fruit and vegetables. One side is intended for meat, while the other is intended for vegetables, which can help reduce the risk of flavours mixing between different foods.

MOA is designed with a scratch-resistant mesh pattern intended to reduce the number of scratches that would otherwise appear from everyday cutting.

MOA combines a 304 stainless steel surface with a BPA-free wheat straw fibre base. The steel surface is designed to be resistant to stains, rust and odours, while the wheat straw side is intended for fruit and vegetables.

How to Use MOA

1. Use the steel side for cutting meat and other raw proteins.
2. Use the wheat straw side for vegetables, fruit and smaller ingredients such as garlic.
3. Rinse the board with soapy water after use and dry with a clean cloth.
4. Hang the board up by its oval handle for convenient storage.
5. Keep the two sides separate when using, to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
