How to Use TAGE

1. Soak the wood chips in water beforehand, for approx. 30 minutes or longer.
2. Drain the water and place the wood chips into the smoker box.
3. Light the grill and place the smoker box directly into the charcoal embers or onto the gas flame.
4. Place the food on the grill grate and close the lid once the smoke begins to develop.
5. Top up with wood chips if required during the cooking process.
6. Allow the box to cool down completely before cleaning it with water.
