VIDAR is a wireless digital meat thermometer with Bluetooth connectivity and app control, designed for use during BBQs, grilling, oven roasting, and smoking. The thermometer is intended to provide continuous temperature monitoring of both the food's internal temperature and the ambient temperature inside the grill or oven, without requiring you to stand by the heat source.

What Makes VIDAR Convenient for Grilling

Dual temperature sensors in one probe – Each probe measures the internal temperature of the food and the ambient temperature of the oven or grill in parallel, providing a more complete picture of the cooking process without extra equipment.

App control with three operating modes – The GrillProbeE app offers three modes: recipe, target temperature, and timer, making it easy to customise monitoring based on your cooking method and personal preference.

Automatic temperature alert – When the set target temperature is reached, the app sends an alert, reducing the risk of overcooking without requiring you to keep a constant eye on the grill.

Fast charging with short charge times – The probe fully charges in approx. 5 minutes and sustains up to roughly 4 hours of active use per charging cycle.

Support for up to 4 probes – The app supports connecting up to four probes at the same time, allowing you to monitor several cuts of meat or different cooking zones during a single session.

How to Use VIDAR

1. Charge the probe using the included charger before use.
2. Download and open the GrillProbeE app and connect the probe via Bluetooth.
3. Insert the probe into the food up to the marked insertion line.
4. Select the operating mode in the app – recipe, target temperature, or timer.
5. Monitor the temperature in real time via the app while cooking.
6. The app will notify you when the target temperature has been reached.
